Hey banner makers!!!/screencaps

Does anyone know how to do their own screencaps? I was hoping someone could teach me since I am having such a hard time finding caps of the scenes I want. All of the links I have focus on 2 certain characters & not the two I'm looking for caps of.

Help please help!!!! lol!

LG...making screencaps is easy if you at least have Windows Movie Maker...or Sony Vegas or something...

SOME folks can even make them in programs like Power DVD...

All you have to do is DL the ep you want...then import it to Movie Maker...once you do that...it will break it up into clips...you can then play the clips...PAUSE where you want...and click on the camera icon to make the cap.

See...like I did here for this Police Woman screen cap *sorry Photobucket was on the Pepper page and not GH...and it'll prolly get cut off because of our page.*...
