Spixie/JaSpin living arrangements

I cannot imagine how Spixie will manage to continue living with Jason! They are already having some issues with Spixie sex being way too loud for Jason, and JaSam wanting their privacy.

I wonder why Spixie, Maxie in particular, doesn't ask about moving into Sonny's penthouse? That way, Spin would still be very close to Jason in case he needs something, but they can all have some much needed privacy! I know it's good for story to have them all in the same apartment for conflict and comedy, but they can still have some conflict in the hallway due to misunderstandings of who is coming by, plus they can still spend lots of time in Jason's PH. Am I the only one who sees this as a good solution?
