Maxie Confesses Her Feelings For Spinelli


BA says that Spin realizes how much Maxie cares about him, just not necessarily in the romantic way. He understands that and appreciates it for what it is.

Maxie is at the PH to take care of Spin and explains to Jason that at first she just tolerated the Spinelli-isms so that he would help her find Georgie's killer. But she realized that she really does need him as a person and as a friend. She's on the verge of telling Jason that she loves Spin, not necessarily in a "in love with him" kind of way but then she stops herself because she realizes, why is she telling Jason all of this. Instead she goes upstairs and snuggles next to Spin, but not in a sexual way.

Spin doesn't react like "OMG, she's touching me." Instead, he thinks it feels right, just being connected. It's a bit step for them to realize that they do have this deep connection. There may be times he wishes it would veer into the romantic but what does exist is more important.

Next, Maxie has to testify at Johnny's trial. Scott asks her about her sexual past and the night of the murder. Maxie is concerned that Spin will think she's a slut.

But Spin knows all of this and he's not a judgmental guy.

But can he convince her she doesn't need to feel guilty?
