Running upstairs he finds Patrick Drake, "Please...please help her?" he asks tears welling up in her eyes. Patrick nods wheeling her back in to surgery.

A drugged Sam waking up a captive in a room with someone watching her on a monitor. As her eyes flutter open she realizes her arms and legs are restrained. When everything comes into focus she knows she is not in General Hospital. Struggling with the restraints she begins to become frustrated, "Someone HELP!" she cries with fat tears rolling down her cheeks. A finger touches the screen and....

When they pull off the sheets they see

They pull back the blanket to find a lookalike Sam dead. Alexis starts to cry and is hardly able to stay on her feet. It isn't long before she collapses against Jason's strong body, blacking out as she faints in his arms. Meanwhile, back at Helena's compound, Sam comes to and looks around, realizing that she is strapped to a gurney and unable to break free. In her monitor room, Helena laughs wickedly.
