Wouldn't it be koo...if after all the scandal...Alexis ends up running AGAINST Mayor Flloyd for Mayor?

Although I think there's going in a DIFFERENt direction with this story.

You know, the funny thing is when Diane mentioned yesterday (I think it was) that Floyd should step down and Alexis should run for mayor, it was like Diane was inside my head (as much as I hate to admit it...can't stand Diane lol! ). I've thought for AGES that Alexis should make a run for mayor. I don't see TPTB allowing that to happen (honestly, when is the last time Alexis had anything good...other than the five minutes she had with Jerry who adored her), but I thing and have always thought that would be an awesome story for her.

I wonder what Floyd has on her? Can't wait to see what they thought up...hopefully not another history rewrite. I bet is has something to do with Jerry.

Not sure what I think of the wife yet...only saw her for a couple of minutes...

Luke was heavily involved with Frank Smith, the Sonny Corinthos of that time, and he was Mayor, so its not as out there as you would think with this show...LOL. I can't think its anything about Jerry though. Jerry & Alexis being together is common knowledge, Jerry being "bad news" according to the writers is common knowledge. There's no shock value there. Alexis & the rest of the town would basically just shrug it off and go on with their day...LOL.

Luke was not a real mayor - it was one of those "he saved the world he needs to lead us" kind of storylines. If I recall correctly, he did not have the job for long.

I can't wait to find out what Alexis did!
