I'm still not convinced...I think Lulu's gonna assume it was all in her head, then when it's almost time for November sweeps...Laura wakes up again. & tells everyone that, yes, she was awake before. & the reason no one had records of the doctor is b/c of the paperwork Laura signed. Lainey wouldn't necessarily have access to ALL of Laura's files (due to whatever the hell it was Laura signed back in '06). It's a stupid way of doing things, but very Guza.

This is my thoughts too! I think we are suposed to think it wasn't real but I guess we'll find out next month!
