Should Michael be brought back?

I voted yes & heres why:

Michael is related to everyone & no matter who he lives with or how old he is there is always potential to tie everyone into his story.

Let's just say Sonny & Jason call it quits after this current power battle, Michael will be the tie that binds the two. He also has ties to vets: Monica, Edward, Bobbie, Mike etc.... Even though he didn't know her when he was older Robin. Lucky, Lulu, & Luke are related to him & not to mention all the youngins never mentioned anymore.

I like characters that can be used across the canvas, always have & probably always will.

The sorased thing doesn't bother me one way or another but I do think it is time to age some of the younger generations

and I would like to add that he should have never been taken away from us *although I understand what they were TYRING to do with that s/l...I think it was a bit extreme*

Also...Robin and Mikey are not related. She helped Jason raise him when he was a baby but that's as far as the relation goes. Biologically, Michael is half Quartermaine and half Spencer...and tied to the Corinthos and Cassadine families through relatives.

Yeah I know they are not related; I am just talking about characters having ties. Technically Robin is not related to Sean & Tiffany but she has ties to them, same goes for the Q's etc... I mentioned Robin because they do have something that connects them w/ her being a part of his life (although it was really short when he was lil). The same can be said for Sam as she is related to his sister, helped to find him when he was kidnapped & she was a big part of Jason's life at one time.

I just think the character (Michael) is important because he has so many ties and it helps to create a unity across the canvas. It was one of the reasons I loved Brenda; she only had one "real" family member on screen yet her character was connected to so many different others & it helped to bring a balance to the show. Same went for Robin, Lucky, Emily, etc... It made the story telling more balanced IMO

I want Michael back, possibly sorased, but NOT recast. Dylan Cash is actually 14, while Michael just had his 13th birthday. They could have him wake up as 15 or so in 6 months. DC is a very talented actor, and I have faith that he could pull off playing older very easily and convincingly. We have all seen how great Scrubs wedding was with all the flashbacks with Robin's past. That is only possible because they allowed Kimberly McCullough to grow up in the role. I know it's not the norm for soaps, but DC is good enough and established enough in the role to make it work!

I want Michael to come back too. It'd be cool to have Dylan return as Michael too.

I am actually hoping that if they do bring him back it will help to bring the other kids back as well. I have a feeling that soon certain kids are going to be sorased though & that's why they have pretty much disappeared from the canvas.

I want Michael brought back as DC. As far as the other kids, they better not sorased Kristina, Morgan, Cam. The rest don't really matter to me.

I voted no, I didn't like how they were writing him. I thought they were writing him as a brat. I didn't really enjoy it, and all the trouble he caused. Plus, he kept getting in the way of my Liason.
