Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas

I call these my "White Person Enchiladas" but they are really easy & very good!


ingredients:

Chicken (I use about 3 froxen peices)
Cream Cheese: 8oz
Pace Salsa
Velveeta cheese: small block
tortillas
milk

Boil or pressure cook chicken in order to shred the chicken
In meantime blend salsa anf cream cheese. I use about 1 cup of the pace salsa.
Once chicken is done & shredded combine in cream cheese mixture.
Put mixture in tortillas roll, place in greased 9x12 pan. Melt velveeta w/ milk (or however you like to melt your velveeta). Pour on rolled tortillas. Spread another cup of pace on top. Heat for 20 mins @ 350 degrees & done!

Mack, It is really easy to make. It was one of my "just starting to cook" recipes but since my hubby loves it I made it my "Don't really feel like cooking but I am tired of pizza meals"
