Taco Soup Recipe

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1-medium onion (chopped)
1 TBSP each of salt & pepper
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dress Mix
1 envelope Taco seasoning mix ( mild or hot) what ever you like
1 4oz can diced green chiles (mild)
1 or 2 cans of cut diced tomatoes (You could use fresh)
1 can Kidney Beans / 1 lb grated chedder cheese
4 cups water1 Bag Frito corn chips
Brown the meat/with onion. Add salt & pepper until meat is crumbl
Drain off any grease. Pour this into a 6 quart pot. Add the
ranch dressing mix, taco seasoning, green chile and diced tomatoes.
and the drained beans. Add the 4 cups of water mix well.
Cook on low 45 to 60 minutes

Let everyone add their own chips and cheese
