When he took Sonny's he put it in the front of his pants. Then after he left he put it in the back.

I did like when Jason told Spinelli that Maxie needed Spinelli to be the Spin he already was...not some gangster version. That was really sweet & totally honest...he & his Maximista wouldn't share the bond that they do if he wasn't perfectly Spinelli already.
