It does have that flavor...but I think this is what Guza's trying to do...keep Jerry scummy & dangerous...but not TOO dangerous so he can still be with Alexis. Alexis is his weakness. I'm pretty sure he hit Spinelli, but IDK if anyone else will ever find out Jerry did it.
